Mary W. Patterson
Senior Partner
Leading Trans-Century Resources as its founding Executive, Ms. Patterson
developed and directed the company into a position of standing in the
healthcare community. She is long regarded as a leader in the healthcare
management field with over twenty-five years of broad and varied experience in the
analysis, development, and operations of managed care networks for multihospital
systems, national insurance companies, and self-funded employer
groups.
Ms. Patterson has overseen all areas of healthcare operations, serving as a Hospital
Administrator in Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado; as Chief Executive Officer
for both Health Maintenance Organizations and Preferred Provider Networks in
Texas, and as Project Director for managed care network development clients
throughout the country.
Ms. Patterson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and
a Masters degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San
Antonio, Texas graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. In addition
to her business accomplishments, Ms. Patterson has been recognized for strong
community leadership. Ms. Patterson is often invited by universities, hospital
systems, and conferences to present on various healthcare management
topics.
Peggy Bouzari
Managing Partner
Ms. Bouzari has over twenty-five years of experience managing all aspects of provider relationships and managed healthcare contracting. Peggy has recently served as regional director for network development for one of the nation's largest healthcare networks and brings to us her vast knowledge and experience regarding today's managed care needs and concerns.
Ms. Bouzari has received her education at both the University of Phoenix and the University of South Carolina. She has served as a member of the Health Finance Managament Association's Managed Care Committee and has enjoyed memberships in the Healthcare Alliance Committee and the Vermont Patient Accounts Manager Association.
